Is It Fun Mooring at The Association?

Yes! We’re a friendly bunch – that’s what really gives the Association a community feel – and aim to make boating as fun and relaxing as possible.

Whether you’re new to boating or an old-hand, we organise a range of activities so you can get the most out of mooring with us. As with our work parties, everyone comes together and gets involved to make these a success.

Here are some examples of what you can normally expect:

• Regular club cruises to Sheffield, Sprotborough, Swinton, and more.
• Celebrations at Christmas, Easter, Bonfire Night, Burns Night (and any time there’s a good excuse for a shindig).
• BBQs, birthday parties, and bank-holiday boating!
